We rent in 4 resorts houses in different sizes and equipment.

Our target group are seniors (50 +) who are mobile and can do the everyday things themselves.

But also "fit pensioners" can get into a situation where they need help and support. We will then be happy to arrange household helpers or nurses.

It is also essential to reach Bangkok Pattaya Hospital within 20 minutes. This hospital can compete with European standards.

Our condominiums are in absolute quiet locations and the small number of houses (between 12 and 23 per resort) creates a personal contact between the residents. Our tenants come mostly from German and English speaking countries.

We ask for your understanding that we do not tolerate dogs in the facilities.

The houses are equipped with air conditioning and kitchens, and can be rented unfurnished as well as furnished.

We are interested in long-term tenants who want to spend their twilight years mainly in Thailand and therefore agree on a minimum rental period of one year in our contracts.
